The backbone of what we do at WebPresence / NetPresence.US is to help people who already have a mission extend their reach through the best use of the Internet consistent with good “netizenship” and with the client’s mission.
How we work
Pre-consultation: All contractual relationships with NetPresence begin with a pre-consultation interview. During this interview, we have a conversation (by telephone, online and/or in person) in which NetPresence gathers only general information about your business or organization and your perceived Internet needs. That interview is designed to ascertain whether there is a match between what we do and what you do, and if so at what level(s).
Contract and consultation: If there is some agreement of mutual interest discovered during pre-consultation, a plain-English contract is drawn up that spells out what NetPresence will do and what the client will do in performance of the contract. For NetPresence this task may be as simple as securing appropriate hosting for you or creating a couple of Web page templates. If NetPresence is contracted to develop a Web site for you, or to restructure an existing site, then we move into a more formal process of Web development.
